Meet Your IBCLC
Cassie Partridge, RN, IBCLC
Compassionate care rooted in connection, confidence, and trust.
Cassie brings approximately 25 years of experience supporting mothers and babies as a nurse, along with a diverse background that includes doula work, breastfeeding support, and Jungian life coaching.
Her approach is heart-centered and grounded in helping parents reconnect with their instincts while navigating the realities of infant feeding. She believes that sometimes the most meaningful support comes from listening closely, keeping things simple, and helping parents recognize their own strengths.
Her clinical interests include perinatal and infant mental health, trauma-informed care, physiologic breastfeeding, milk supply, tongue-tie considerations, late-preterm feeding, hand expression, and cup feeding.
With Cassie, families can expect compassionate, nonjudgmental support that builds confidence and recognizes that every feeding journey is different.
Meet Your IBCLC
Lindsay Baker, RN, IBCLC
Experienced, individualized support for your growing family.
Lindsay is a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who has been an IBCLC since 2017. She brings years of experience supporting families with infant and young-child feeding.
Lindsay takes a holistic, family-centered approach to lactation care. She recognizes that feeding goals, family routines, health considerations, and personal circumstances all influence what works best for a parent and baby.
Whether you’re establishing breastfeeding, working through a feeding difficulty, looking for pumping guidance, or navigating changes as your baby grows, Lindsay partners with families to develop individualized strategies that align with their goals.
Through virtual and in-home support, Lindsay helps families find realistic ways to work toward their feeding goals while honoring the needs of both parent and baby.
What Can an In-Home Lactation Visit Help With?
You don’t have to wait until breastfeeding feels impossible to seek support. Early guidance can help you understand what’s happening, recognize potential concerns, and create a plan before small challenges become overwhelming.
- Prenatal preparation: Discuss feeding goals, explore potential risk factors, and plan for the early postpartum period.
- Early postpartum breastfeeding: Get help with positioning, latch, feeding comfort, milk transfer, and establishing milk production.
- Milk supply concerns: Explore possible contributing factors and strategies to support milk production.
- Pumping and flange fitting: Find practical strategies for comfortable, effective milk expression.
- Combination feeding: Learn how to incorporate breast milk and formula while considering your baby’s needs and milk supply goals.
- Bottle-feeding challenges: Explore bottle refusal and strategies for supporting your baby’s feeding skills.
- Ongoing feeding transitions: Get support with returning to work, introducing complementary foods, changing nursing patterns, and weaning.
Every visit is tailored to your family’s needs. We look beyond the immediate feeding concern to understand the factors that may be contributing to it and help you identify meaningful next steps.
Why Choose In-Home Lactation Support?
Having an IBCLC come to your home allows us to see feeding in the environment where it naturally happens.
During an in-home visit, your consultant can work with you using your usual feeding setup, observe your baby’s feeding in a familiar space, and help you develop strategies that fit your everyday routine.
You can practice new techniques with guidance and create a plan that feels manageable once your consultant leaves.
You deserve support that meets you where you are — literally and figuratively.
