How To Use Flange Inserts

Not sure if you are pumping with the correct flange size? Book a flange fitting session. Flange Fit Fridays are held in office at a discounted rate of $15. Flange fitting in home or on other days are $50.

Indicators that you may be pumping with the wrong flange size:

• Nipple pain or damage when pumping
• Puffy nipples while pumping
• Low/varying milk output
• Breasts still feel full after pumping
• Recurrent clogs
