📝Planning – Postpartum planning during pregnancy is just as important as prenatal appointments. Truly prepare yourself for the postpartum period by preparing ahead of time. If you’ve recently given birth, you can also benefit from planning. Adjusting to life with a new baby, even if he/she is not your first, is challenging no matter how prepared you are. Get ahead of the challenge!
